Giving Tuesday: Nourishing Bethesda's Donation Matching Challenge!

Can we Count on You? Matching Challenge!

This Giving Tuesday, we’re counting on you to help us alleviate food insecurity in our local community during the difficult months of January and February 2023. Simply Fresh Events, a Gaithersburg catering company, has generously thrown down a challenge: They will match every dollar given to Nourishing Bethesda over the next two weeks up to $10,000.

If we reach our goal, Nourishing Bethesda will be able to purchase more than 60,000 pounds of food and feed some 6,500 people—including over 1,800 kids and 1,600 seniors—who are in need during January and February.

Winter is hard when you have to choose between high heating costs and food for your table, especially as inflation has made food so expensive. Help us keep the most needy in our community fed and warm. Please give generously.
